Qualcomm drivers have supported non-split firmware since since 2019 in
linux kernel commit 498b98e93900 ("soc: qcom: mdt_loader: Support
loading non-split images"). There are no released devices using the
SC7280 chipset, so there is no need to support legacy split images.
I verified that the non-split image is loadable and that the venus
media capabilities are intact without the split images with a ChromeOS
5.15 kernel.

Qualcomm drivers have supported non-split firmware since since 2019 in
linux kernel commit 498b98e93900 ("soc: qcom: mdt_loader: Support
loading non-split images"). The firmware loader works with either the
split or non-split firmware types. The venus driver for SC7180 currently
loads venus.mdt, not the unified venus.mbn.
This commit removes the non-split images. It adds a link from venus.mdt
to venus.mbn. This retains existing driver compatibility, while gaining
the benefit of reducing size of the deployed files.
I verified this change with on ChromeOS using kernels based on 5.4 and
5.15.

Qualcomm binary files can be published in one of two formats: a split
MDT+Bnn format, consisting of several files, or a squashed MBN format,
consisting of a single ELF file.
Most of Qualcomm binary files (except the venus firmware) are
distributed (in linux-firmware) and used in the MBN format (even if the
original publishing format was MDT), since that requires transfer of a
single file between the userspace and the kernel.
Provide a squashed variant of Qualcomm Adreno a530 ZAP shader. For
backwards compatibility reason the split a530_zap.* files are retained.
They can be removed later, after all users migrate to new file location.

After some discussion with Bjorn, the Qualcomm platform maintainer, it
was agreed to follow the established practice and to inject the SoC name
into the firmware paths.
It is highly unlikely that we are going to run Linux off the existing
ACPI data in these platforms anytime soon. And even if we do so, we'd
have to figure out the file names anyway, as they do not follow the
existing standard names.

- On Spectrum-1, a possible FW freeze when many (e.g. 70) ports are up, and
shared buffer configuration is applied on the fly

The stable kernels from 4.9 to current only support a number of
sub versions of the 7.13.x.y firmware versions, in the unlikely
scenario of a user needing an older rev they can be easily
ontained via old releases. The 4.x stable kernels depend on the
7.13.1 (as does the el7 kernel), 5.4 depends on 7.13.11, and
the 5.10 and later kernels all depend on 7.13.15/7.13.21. Let's
cleanup the quite sizable unused versions.

We can't just copy the Rasperry Pi NVRAM, their modules are custom
made so they have their own special NVRAMs for their variant. While
they may work for other modules it could put them out of compliance
or worse. We need to add an appropraite AzureWave AW-CM256SM NVRAM.
Even if it was the right one it should have just been linked rather
than actually copying it again too.

In the previous patch, lc_ini_bundle_2010_1502.bin.xz was contributed.
Pushing an xz-encoded file was a mistake, the format required by the driver
is decompressed, and whether the firmware file is stored on-disk compressed
or plain is a user policy decision.
Therefore drop the xz file, and add the decompressed equivalent instead.

Add latest verified version of Nvidia Spectrum-family switch firmware,

(30.2010.1502). Furthermore, add lc_ini_bundle_2010_1502.bin.xz for

The following issues have been fixed:
- CRC errors when using 25Gbps links in a modular system.
- Issue in bring-up of line-card no. 8 in a modular system.
- Several issues with too-long link-up times.
- An interop issue with Broadcom Tomahawk.
- An issue that might cause dropping first several packets after a port
speed is changed to 400Gbps 8x.
- A switch freeze which might occur after many 10Gbps ports get disabled
simultaneously.
- Latency degradation of RALUE EMAD processing.
- An issue in port isolation, which would not work on two-way split port 64
on Spectrum-1, and four-way split port 128 on Spectrum-2 and Spectrum-3.
- Issue in multicast configuration on port 128 on Spectrum-2 and
Spectrum-3.
- On Spectrum-2 systems, when receiving a packet with Symbol Errors on
ports that are configured to cut-thought, in some cases, a pipeline may
get stuck.
- Several issues in autonegotiation.
In addition, the following improvement has been made:
- Support in FW for reporting module values to the SW.
