Nicolas Pitre	5c94f87e6b	use 'init' instead of 'init-db' for shipped docs and tools While 'init-db' still is and probably will always remain a valid git command for obvious backward compatibility reasons, it would be a good idea to move shipped tools and docs to using 'init' instead. Sean	ada7781dc3	Add a "--notags" option for git-p4import. P4import currently creates a git tag for every commit it imports. When importing from a large repository too many tags can be created for git to manage, so this provides an option to shut that feature off if necessary.
