url-lib: ca-bundle.crt changed to a symlink

use inst() instead of inst_simple()

/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt is a symlink to
../../ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem

with inst() we install the original file also.
