Subject: [PATCH] taskset: fix PERMISSIONS section of taskset man page

A user is always allowed to change the CPU affinity of his or her

|
|
|
own processes. CAP_SYS_NICE is only required to change the affinity
|
|
|
|
|
of another user's process.
