Subject: [PATCH] lldp: make TTL TLV configurable
This allows the TTL TLV to be configured.
Currently the Time To Live TLV is a static value set to 120 seconds.
LLDP specification says this can be a value of between 0 and 65535
seconds. This patch makes the TTL TLV a configurable entity.
