"We," "us," "our" and "PowerEL" refers to PowerEL Group. |
|
"You" and "your" refers to the individual or entity that has obtained the PowerEL programs. |
|
"PowerEL" or "PowerEL Linux" refers to the Linux distribution product which you have obtained. |
|
"License" refers to your right to use the PowerEL programs under the terms of this PowerEL License Agreement (the "Agreement"), |
|
and the licenses referenced herein. |
|
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. |
|
|
|
This software is a direved work from freely available sources. |
|
The origin of the software is mentioned in the sources and their respective licenses. |
|
|
|
Some parts of this software may include work of other companies, however our version is made available under the open source rules. |
|
The respective companies have not involvement with this work and have no obligation in providing support of any kind. |
|
We ask you not to call or question them about our product. |
|
|
|
By using this software, user agrees to abide by rules set in license terms of packages constituting this distribution, |
|
or at least of those that the user is going to use. |
