"We," "us," "our" and "PowerEL" refers to PowerEL Group.

"You" and "your" refers to the individual or entity that has obtained the PowerEL programs.

||

"PowerEL" or "PowerEL Linux" refers to the Linux distribution product which you have obtained.
|
||
|
|
"License" refers to your right to use the PowerEL programs under the terms of this PowerEL License Agreement (the "Agreement"),
|
||
|

and the licenses referenced herein.

||
|

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
|
||
|

||

This software is a direved work from freely available sources.
|
||
|
|
The origin of the software is mentioned in the sources and their respective licenses.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Some parts of this software may include work of other companies, however our version is made available under the open source rules.

||

The respective companies have not involvement with this work and have no obligation in providing support of any kind.

||
