imx: sdma: update firmware to v3.6/v4.6

Update sdma firmware to v3.6/v4.6:
	-- add i2c script.
	-- update multi-fifo SAI scripts to support multi-lans-per-fifo.
	-- add dual fifo support for p_2_p on i.mx7d as i.mx6.
	-- add 24bit support for multi-fifo script.
