brcm: add 43430 based AP6212 and 1DX NVRAM

Ampak AP6212 and Murata 1DX are both brcmfmac43430-sdio based WiFi/BT
modules.

I created these NVRAM config files from scratch based on publicly
available information documented on the Linaro Wiki:

It is released under GPLv2.
