This is not a full WLAN.HK.2.9.0.1-02175-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-2 distribution.
This only exists to publish a new version of m3.bin that fixes an issue present
in the WLAN.HK.2.9.0.1-02146-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1 release. The amss.bin is
duplicated from the prior release.
