ice: Fix up WHENCE entry and symlink

Commit 2de7abd480 reworked how we handle symlinks. Remove the in-repo symlink as that will be created on during installation, and adjust the WHENCE file. Signed-off-by: Josh Boyer <jwboyer@kernel.org>
