RTL8192E: Remove old realtek WiFi firmware

The RTL8192E is now supported by the firmware in rtlwifi and the driver has evolved considerably since this was added in 2009 and AFAICT this firmware isn't referenced in the driver. Signed-off-by: Peter Robinson <pbrobinson@gmail.com>
