copy-firmware: Fix test: unexpected operator

dash is the default /bin/sh on Debian based system.

```
dash ./copy-firmware.sh --zstd example
./copy-firmware.sh: 37: test: unexpected operator
```

`=` should be used with the test command for POSIX conformance.
