Michal Vitecek	55246aac67	Don't use "<unknown>" for placeholders and suppress printing of empty user formats. This changes the interporate() to replace entries with NULL values by the empty string, and uses it to interpolate missing fields in custom format output used in git-log and friends. Junio C Hamano	542e165cdc	Fix "--pretty=format:" for parent related items. There are two breakages in the %P/%p interpolation. It appended an excess SP at the end of the list, and it gave uninitialized contents of a buffer on the stack for root commits.
