Jeff King	1b19ccd236	tests: skip perl tests if NO_PERL is defined These scripts all test git programs that are written in perl, and thus obviously won't work if NO_PERL is defined. Johannes Sixt	fae74a04d7	test suite: Use 'say' to say something instead of 'test_expect_success' Some tests report that some tests will be skipped. They used 'test_expect_success' with a trivially successful test. Nowadays we have the helper function 'say' for this purpose. Johannes Sixt	7fd3ef1fd7	t9400, t9401: Do not force hard-linked clone The tests do not depend on that the clones are hard-linked, but used --local only as an optimization: At the time that --local was used first in t9400 hard-linked clones were not the default, yet. Matthew Ogilvie	90948a4289	git-cvsserver: add ability to guess -kb from contents If "gitcvs.allbinary" is set to "guess", then any file that has not been explicitly marked as binary or text using the "crlf" attribute and the "gitcvs.usecrlfattr" config will guess binary based on the contents of the file.
