Since adding a "zlib.h" would cause issues with the real zlib, rename zlib.c to git-zlib.c while we are at it. Move functions from cache.h for zlib.c into a new header file.  Since
adding a "zlib.h" would cause issues with the real zlib, rename zlib.c
to git-zlib.c while we are at it.
