Johannes Schindelin	41f1a8e6a4	pack-mtimes: avoid closing a bogus file descriptor In `94cd775a6c` (pack-mtimes: support reading .mtimes files, 2022-05-20), code was added to close the file descriptor corresponding to the mtimes file. However, it is possible that opening that file failed, in which case we are closing a file descriptor with the value `-1`. Let's guard that `close()` call. Reported by Coverity. Taylor Blau	94cd775a6c	pack-mtimes: support reading .mtimes files To store the individual mtimes of objects in a cruft pack, introduce a new `.mtimes` format that can optionally accompany a single pack in the repository. The format is defined in Documentation/technical/pack-format.txt, and stores a 4-byte network order timestamp for each object in name (index) order. This patch prepares for cruft packs by defining the `.mtimes` format, and introducing a basic API that callers can use to read out individual mtimes.
