Junio C Hamano	acca687fa9	git-pickaxe: retire pickaxe Just make it take over blame's place. Documentation and command have all stopped mentioning "git-pickaxe". Since people coming from the SVN/CVS world might first look here, also briefly advertise how the pickaxe interface makes it easy to go beyond these limitation.
