Usage: test-chtime (+\|=\|-\|=+\|=-)<seconds> <file>..." '+' increments the mtime on the files by <seconds> '-' decrements the mtime on the files by <seconds> '=' sets the mtime on the file to exactly <seconds> '=+' and '=-' sets the mtime on the file to <seconds> after or before the current time. Usage: test-chtime (+|=|-|=+|=-)<seconds> <file>..."

  '+' increments the mtime on the files by <seconds>
  '-' decrements the mtime on the files by <seconds>
  '=' sets the mtime on the file to exactly <seconds>
  '=+' and '=-' sets the mtime on the file to <seconds> after or
      before the current time.
