Ævar Arnfjörð Bjarmason	fadb5156e4	tests: Skip tests in a way that makes sense under TAP SKIP messages are now part of the TAP plan. A TAP harness now knows why a particular test was skipped and can report that information. The non-TAP harness built into Git's test-lib did nothing special with these messages, and is unaffected by these changes. Adam Brewster	6f5748e14c	svn: allow branches outside of refs/remotes It may be convenient for some users to store svn remote tracking branches outside of the refs/remotes/ heirarchy. To accomplish this feat, this patch includes the entire path to the ref in $r->{'refname'} in &read_all_remotes and tries to change references to this entry so the new value makes sense. Eric Wong	df73af5f66	t9143: do not fail if Compress::Zlib is missing "git svn gc" will not compress unhandled.log files if Compress::Zlib is missing. However, leftover index files should always be removed, so add a test for this behavior as well.
