gitignore.txt: mark up explanation of patterns consistently
In the "PATTERN FORMAT" section, all the other pattern elements are shown as `monospace` literals inside "double quoted" strings. Do the same for the explanation of a slash to make it consistent. Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>maint
