Merge branch 'tb/t5520-reflog-expire' into jch

The `t5520` test script has been updated to disable reflog expiration.
This prevents test flakiness caused by the auto-maintenance
reflog-expire task, which would otherwise immediately expire the
test's reflogs due to them carrying hardcoded timestamps from 2005.
