rebase: use peel_committish() where appropriate

The failing tests in t/rebase and t/rebase-interactive now pass. Signed-off-by: Ramkumar Ramachandra <artagnon@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>maint
