tests: Wrap check_align() calls with base_run_test() 

Otherwise the FAIL results won't be accounted for in the summary.
Easily testable by artifically causing them to fail:

-        if [ $(($size % $align)) -eq 0 ] ;then
+        if [ $(($size % $align)) -eq 666 ] ;then
