SUSE is using specific settings for dracut, so add them
to the suse.conf.example file.
Add vi and find to the debug module add some help text to the suse.conf
file when and how to use it.

In Fedora selinux is now handled by systemd. If you want to enable
selinux by default, just add it to your /etc/dracut.conf.d/01-dist.conf
with:
add_dracutmodules+=" selinux "
