Silvio Fricke	0d5c02d3ab	PKGFILE: prevent out of tree builds With makepkg is it possible to build sources away from the PKGFILE. The previous behavior was crash on build if this was setup. Silvio Fricke	4cca17eeec	PKGFILE: version is now completely constructed from git `pkgver` and `pkgrel` now hard coded to 1. The PKGFILE will getting changed on a `makepkg`-run.
